WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR ROUTINE - Assistance in accounting closing through analysis, reconciliations;
- Attend to external audit requests;
- Assist accounting team in the financial statement process;
- Support accounting team on the quarterly report to matrix on France (HFM and PBCS);
- Entry of Invoices from the accounting department in ERP;
- Registration of contracts and amendments within the compliance process;
- Systemic parameterizations of suppliers;
- Organization of digital files (sharepoint).
REQUIREMENTS
THE ENERGY WE NEED - Graduating in Accounting;
- Advanced Excel and Office skills;
- Intermediary English level (it will be tested);
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI software;
- Desirable knowledge in accounting closing and report process.

- Hands on & ability to handle large workload;
