• Assistance in accounting closing through analysis, reconciliations;
• Attend to external audit requests;
• Assist accounting team in the financial statement process;
• Support accounting team on the quarterly report to matrix on France (HFM and PBCS);
• Entry of Invoices from the accounting department in ERP;
• Registration of contracts and amendments within the compliance process;
• Systemic parameterizations of suppliers;
• Organization of digital files (sharepoint).
REQUISITOS
• Graduating in Accounting;
• Advanced Excel and Office skills;
• Intermediary English level (it will be tested);
• Desirable knowledge in Power BI software;
• Desirable knowledge in accounting closing and report process.
