Our Operations & Services Line is looking for an Business Process Lead. Belonging to Quality Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that processes within the organization are well-documented, streamlined, and optimized to meet quality standards and customer requirements increasing clarity and effectiveness in the business lines connected with Operations and Services. She/He will have the following responsibilities: - Work on process identification, first identifying all relevant processes within the Business lines concerned and related support areas. Those processes may evolve within PDCA cycle.
- Mapping Current Processes and working closely with team members to map out existing processes using various techniques.
- Ensure Gathering Stakeholder input to maintain processes up to date: Collaborates with stakeholders across different departments to gather input on current processes.
- Perform process analysis in the current mapped processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for streamlining.
- Analyzing the processes to work on standardizing procedures and documenting best practices.
- Process Improvement Initiatives, based on the analysis, lead initiatives to improve existing processes.
- Training and Communication to ensure that team members are trained on new processes and procedures.
- Monitoring and Measurement to establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's) to monitor the effectiveness of the revised processes.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have/ be: - Master’s in engineering.
- +2 years of experience in quality systems roles linked with process mapping (in renewables energy sector is plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Sharepoint environment, and generic Quality tools.
- Experience in Process management mapping frameworks and design tools is highly valuable.
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Training in Quality ISO Management Systems such as ISO 9001: 2015.
- Training and experience as an internal auditor.
- Availability to travel abroad for limited periods and on short notice.
