VIE - Treasury Analyst M/F

Under the authority of the Treasury Manager, the Treasurer serves as the direct contact for operational, banking, and publishing matters related to treasury within their scope (cash management, external and intragroup financing, monitoring of guarantees, etc.). They support country administrative and financial managers (CFRs) in managing their treasury.

  • Perform bank reconciliations: Control receipts and disbursements Ensure cash flow forecasts, daily balances, management of bank accounts, and delegation of powers Monitor fees (banking and guarantees) and interest rates scales. Management of bank account openings/closures, KYC, bank powers Serve as the contact point for banks regarding all cash management matters.
  • Back Office: Ensure back-office validation of financial operations (debt, exchange, rates, other derivatives…) processed by the treasury department Guarantees Enter and monitor issued and received guarantees within their scope (Request forms / Finance Active).
  • Information Systems & IT: Configure the treasury tool (Diapason): Integration of new bank accounts Financing: Monitoring of intragroup operations, management of agreements and internal accounts, interest calculation.

These tasks are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the needs of the treasury department.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Master’s degree in Finance with a specialization in Treasury, Business School, Engineering School
  • Interest in information systems
  • Successful initial experience in treasury
  • Knowledge of Diapason and Finance Active is a plus
  • Fluency in English is essential.
