YOUR MISSION:

Under the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. Their mission is to ensure that reporting, analysis, documentation, and compliance control processes operate consistently and efficiently across all regions and operational areas. 

The role has a strong focus on technology, analysis, and global standardization, acting as a liaison between the corporate HSE team, regional units, and digital systems (incident platforms, legal matrices, dashboards, action logs, audits, etc.).

Is responsible for the administration and control of the HSES document management system and its associated tools, consolidating data from various geographies and providing operational and administrative support to the HSES department.

1. Technical Administration of Corporate HSE Platforms:
•            Manage users, roles, permissions, and configurations of the global HSE system.
•            Ensure the technical integrity of the system: data migration, catalog maintenance, field validation, workflows, and classification matrices.
•            Coordinate with IT and vendors on adjustments, updates, releases, or technical incidents.
•            Document changes to the system and communicate global updates.

2. Global standardization of the HSE Management System:
•            Maintain global templates, digital forms, workflows, and associated procedures.
•            Manage corporate documentation on DMS (Document Management System) platforms.
•            Participate in the development of new functionalities or the digitization of HSES processes.

3. Data Governance and Global Reporting:
•                     Consolidate data from multiple countries and regions according to corporate criteria.
•                     Validate and clean data (data quality check) prior to integration into corporate dashboards.
•                     Prepare global performance reports: LTIFR, TRIR, monthly reporting, trend analysis, deviations, root causes.
•                     Provide technical support in Power BI / advanced Excel to build visualizations or ad hoc analyses.


4. Global management of incidents, observations, and actions:
•            Review incidents reported globally to ensure correct classifications, severities, and attachments.
•            Internationally track the closure of corrective/preventive actions.
•            Prepare global reports on lessons learned, regional comparisons, and operational priorities.

5. Support for corporate and ISO audits:
•            Prepare technical evidence for the SGS for audits (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
•            Manage global records of regulatory compliance and legal requirements by country.
•            Maintain digital traceability of audits, inspections, and global HSE programs.

6. Global Communication and Coordination:

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Education:

•            Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or similar.

•            Additional training in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems

 

Experience:

•                     1–3 years in HSE roles or corporate systems support.

•                     Experience with global HSE platforms (eGestiona, Ctaima, Dockify, Nalanda, eCordina or equivalents).

•                     Experience in Legal Requirement Control Tools (Red-On-Line, Ecogestor, Enhesa or equivalent)

•                     Experience in Renewable Energy or Indutrial environments is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

·       Advanced Excel, data analysis, and structured database management.

·       Power BI (preferred).

·       Knowledge of digital workflows, document management, and systems administration.

·       Advanced English for global coordination

·       Knowledge of Frech as desirable (will be considered as a plus)

Knowledge of ISO Standards documentary control necessities.
