YOUR MISSIONS
Our Operations & Services Business Line is looking for a Site Manager, who will be responsible for the management, coordination, and realization of all the site activities for the construction of the project.
Main Tasks:
- Manage the site team (except HSE), namely site supervisors (mechanical, electrical, civil, warehouse manager and quality managers).
- Responsible for all subcontractors work, like make sure all HSE documents are dully validated before entrance on site, that the works are conducted as per these HSE documents.
- Assure production rates are being followed by Subcontractors on site, and Project Execution is in line with Contractual Requirement.
- Coordinate and assure execution of all site works, assuring compliance with Technical Requirements, Project Execution Design and Permits.
- Assure Good Quality of Executed works.
- Establish and maintain on site offices and facilities.
- Report daily to the Project Manager the project site progress.
- Elaborate weekly reports.
- Report and mitigate any risk subject to cause delay or additional cost to the project.
- Propose added value alternatives regarding project execution.
- Present Return of Experience on executed works on site and available to displacements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Technician Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant role on construction projects (preferably in the energy sector).
- Good knowledge of tools and techniques or project schedules/ planning / reporting (able to work with planning software).
- Knowledge of HSE requirements.
- English proficiency (mandatory), other languages would be a plus.
- Availability for national and international travels.
