Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, the eCommerce and Marketplaces Business Manager develops the Retail business through eCommerce channels, via a dedicated website, and marketplaces. He/she steers the digital strategy with the aim of developing brand awareness, sales performance and the deployment of our products on multiple platforms.
e-commerce - Build the B2C marketing action plan, based on the results of competitive intelligence & market/competitive analysis.
- Produce or manage the creation of visual sales aids, in particular for web campaigns and social networks...
- Follow-up and alignment with business support teams on the achievement of objectives and results (forecasts and operational alignments).
- Monitoring sell-in & sell-out eCommerce performance
- Deployment of our eCommerce site, its visuals (template), and its user ergonomics
- Creation of product pages, with particular attention to SEO and its levers (keywords, blog, backlinks, etc.)
- Definition of digital product launch strategy, coordination with agencies
- Development of social networks, content creation, distribution of targeted advertising (SEA strategy), monitoring of performance and KPIs, management of external agencies.
- Marketplace development for product sales
- eMerchandising and creation of product sheets in conjunction with the product manage.
- Creation of text content (blog type) to support sales strategy
Management - Develop employee skills (awareness/training - individual interviews - training needs).
- Coordinate employee activities according to skills, workloads and deadlines
disseminate information and lead the team (briefings) distribute the workload within his/her area of responsibility, ensuring fairness. - Collect information required for reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business or e-Commerce
- Knowledge of web design and digital tools
- Experience in natural and paid search (SEO; SEA)
- Fluency in English
