YOUR MISSIONS
Renvolt Energy is looking for experienced QA/QC Regional Coordinator to support our EPC Team amd projects under construction in United Kingdom.
Provide support to internal stakeholders to anticipate and adequate client requirements related to QA/QC in several EPC PV plant projects, including:
Evaluate all quality assurance and quality control requirements, providing recommendations for adjustments or modifications to the contract as necessary, ensuring alignment with the Voltalia’s quality policies and internal procedures;- Contracts for Equipment Manufacturing & Site Operations
Develop Quality Manufacturing Plans to be included in contracts with suppliers, which may involve coordinating meetings with suppliers to align on specific requirements; - Conduct thorough follow-up with various suppliers to receive and validate the necessary quality manufacturing documents prior to the shipment of equipment to the site;
- If necessary, coordinate and oversee factory inspections (FATs) to witness equipment manufacturing, working closely with the QA/QC Engineer to organize these visits;
- Review subcontractor contracts for various site activities (mechanical, electrical, and civil works) to ensure that all QA/QC requirements are clearly defined and contractually agreed upon, with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) discussed and formally approved by all involved part;
- Develop the Quality Management Plan in alignment with client contractual requirements;
- Prepare all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists to be used by the QA/QC Site Supervisor during site quality control inspections ensuring that client requirements are met;
- Oversee a comprehensive induction process for new QA/QC Site Supervisors, ensuring periodic site visits;
- Provide quality training for the project team to ensure effective implementation of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle;
- Lead quality project meetings to ensure the implementation and adherence to the quality management plan;
- Monitor and ensure that Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) are being addressed appropriately;
- Ensure that quality documentation is accurate, properly organized, and stored in Projects SharePoint;
- Maintain direct communication with the client’s quality representative to review and validate quality documentation;
- Ability to monitor and track multiple projects' quality management implementation status, ensuring up-to-date progress and effectively planning resources to achieve project milestones;
- Participate in the recruitment process to select the most suitable candidate for the position of QA/QC Site Supervisor (External resources);
- Responsible for compiling all quality evidence, from manufacturing through to site construction;
- Prepare and issue the complete quality control punch list;
- Conduct a handover meeting with the O&M Team to review all relevant quality topics, if applicable;
- Analysing technical defects, identifying root causes related to material or assembly quality, and delivering detailed expertise reports to support claims and discussions with insurers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Master’s in engineering;
- Proved experience on other Photovoltaic plants;
- Proficient in MS Office including MS project;
- English proficiency (mandatory);
- Quality in projects knowledge.
