YOUR MISSIONS

Our Center of Expertise is looking for a Civil Engineer who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical documentation (RFP/RFQ, tenders) for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, hybrid).
  • Provide engineering, design, and consultancy support to Development, Asset Management, and O&M teams.
  • Assist DEV and Asset Management teams in the technical due diligence of renewable energy assets.
  • Review and develop technical requirements, contributing to the preparation of civil-related technical aspects of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
  • Define and prepare the minimum technical requirements for Voltalia projects.
  • Analyze and optimize metallic structures for module mounting and civil infrastructure from a technical and economic perspective.
  • Prepare the RFQ and review topographical and geotechnical reports, assess site implementation feasibility, and calculate earthworks and appropriate foundation solutions.
  • Produce civil-related BOQs and technical documentation (drawings, specifications, calculations).
  • Review and validate designs and structural calculations from external consultants or contractors.
  • Collaborate with the COE team to develop strategic solutions and process improvements.
  • Assist in assessing land availability for project implementation, in coordination with the Civil Team and other technical disciplines.
  • Conduct land assessments and site surveys to evaluate project feasibility and support design phases.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge in solar photovoltaic, wind energy sector and storage (preferential).
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plex-Earth and Structural Calculation Simulators.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Availability for national and international travels.
