Our EPC Business Line is looking for an Accounting for Trainee/Internship who will have the following responsibilities: - Preparation of Purchase Request Forms.
- Analysis of invoices to be completed for payment (preparation of Request of commitment and request of payment forms). Organization in an excel control file of all POs/invoices/requests of payments forms.
- Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and request of payment are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, VAT Invoice Allocation, and New Business Payment Structure.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have/ be: - Accounting degree.
- Basic knowledge of taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Mandatory fluency in English.
