YOUR MISSIONS

Renvolt is looking for an HSE Technician, based in Valladolid or in Madrid, that will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support incident reporting, investigations and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide daily HSE guidance to O&M teams, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of control measures.
  • Verify compliance with PTW, LOTO, electrical safety and other critical operational safety requirements.
  • Monitor PPE, safety equipment and emergency preparedness resources.
  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports and performance indicators, supporting continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
  • Support contractor HSE management, audits and compliance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
  • Travel regularly to operational sites across Spain and provide support to international activities when required.
  • Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and efficient O&M operations.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior or Intermediate) in Occupational Risk Prevention, Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, preferably within the renewable energy, industrial, electrical or maintenance sectors.
  • Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in operational environments.
  • Knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation and environmental requirements.
  • Experience in renewable energy, industrial maintenance, electrical works or similar operational environments will be considered an advantage.
  • Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention, Electrical Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety or Working at Height is desirable.
  • Experience working within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid Driving Licence (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly to operational sites across Spain.
