YOUR MISSIONS
Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for Business Control & Performance Trainee to support the creation of dashboards using Power BI, helping automate reporting processes and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance performance tools. You’ll also assist in monitoring business performance, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining internal control documentation. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support in the preparation of reports for Top Management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (ex : Power BI) and automated reports.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance reporting tools.
- Help to identify discrepancies and contribute to control system improvements.
- Participate in daily business control & performance monitoring.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and internal control documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Degree in Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in FP&A, Controlling, or. Business Intelligence.
- Strong MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL; ERP systems is a plus.
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Elegible for IEFP internship.
