YOUR MISSIONS

As a Regional Quality Coordinator, you will support EPC project teams and Regional EPC Managers in ensuring quality assurance and control across multiple PV plant projects, guaranteeing compliance with standards, protocols, and client requirements.

You will play a key role in proactively implementing, monitoring, and improving quality processes and supporting project teams in delivering safe, compliant, and high-performance solar plants.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Elaborate and implement Quality Management Plans (QMP), ITPs, procedures, and inspection checklists aligned with client and project specifications.
Conduct site quality audits and visits to monitor the proper documentation and compliance of inspection records, RFIs, test reports, certificates, and photo reports.
Track quality implementation progress across multiple projects and plan resources to meet milestones efficiently.
Monitor non-conformities trends and ensure proper analysis and resolution processes are in place.
Ensure activities comply with the Inspection and Testing Plan, enforcing quality protocols across all sites.
Maintain a robust document control process both internally and with the client.
Deliver training sessions and quality awareness programs to project teams.
Anticipate and prepare project-specific QMP frameworks based on client specifications and schedule timelines.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (required).
  • Proven experience working on Photovoltaic plant projects in quality management roles.
  • Solid understanding of QA/QC principles applied to renewable energy or construction projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Experience with quality protocols, documentation control, and audit processes.
