Real Estate Officer (Part-Time) M/F

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Officer to join our experienced and successful development team.

The successful candidate will work within the land team division of the development team supporting the establishment and smooth running of all site prospection related activities. The successful candidate will have experience in the identification and establishment of renewable energy projects within Romania.

  • Identifying and appraising land for renewable energy projects throughout the geography
  • Negotiating Exclusivity Agreements and Heads of Terms
  • Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business contacts (landowners, land agents, DNOS, TSOs, specialist, consultants, legal teams etc.)
  • Completing early development activities related to the qualification of the prospection and opportunity portfolio
  • Completing early budgets and simplified financial models to support the projects business case
  • Providing internal reporting
  • Representing Voltalia at industry events as required
  • Any other development related activities

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in land acquisition, or Sales in the agriculture industry.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian.
  • Solid understanding of the Romanian zoning rules and agricultural land classifications
  • Driving license, ability to travel frequently in Romania
  • GIS Proficiency advantageous
