M&A En support d'un senior : - En phase 1, participer la première analyse, à l'établissement du modèle financier et à la rédaction de l’offre non engageante, assister le senior pour la coordination des appuis internes si nécessaire
- En phase 2, participer à la sélection des conseils (fiscalité, technique, finance, juridique,…) et à la coordination des Due Diligence, accompagne le senior pour les négociations et rédaction des documents (SPA, SHA ...), tenir le modèle financier
- Participer à la rédaction des documents internes (mémos, IP)
- Prendre part à l’exécution du signing et du closing
