YOUR MISSIONS

  • Management of the purchasing process with suppliers (budgets, creation of new suppliers, requesting quotes, comparative maps, issuing purchase orders)
  • Invoicing management to customers
  • Management of payment to suppliers
  • Control of the O&M vehicle fleet list
  • Management and control of tools, measuring equipment, and calibrations
  • Supporting the HSE department with KPIs indicators, waste management and Environmental KPIs indicators
  • Control and purchase of material/consumables.
  • Supporting HHRR Department reporting working hours.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • 1 year of experience in similar functions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as IFS or similar
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Administrative Practices
