O&M Sales Manager M/F

Our O&M Department is looking for an experienced O&M Sales Manager to support our business growth in Italy. The main responsibilities include: Developing relationship with Private Equity companies, Utilities, IPPs, and all stakeholders owning and developing Solar Assets; Defining and implementing O&M Country sales strategy and monitoring its effectiveness; as well as Customer Profile Action Plans and Deal strategy to be implemented; Working with the Global O&M Sales Manager to prepare budget and set goals aligned with O&M objectives; Close relationship with customers to understand the needs of the current marketplace and work with O&M Operations team to develop solutions; Leading Sales O&M negotiations for 3rd parties and coordinating Sales O&M offers for Voltalia IPP, in accordance with O&M strategy and targets; Setting guidelines for risk management and mitigation plan; Analysing the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information; Implementing and fostering a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales; Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking processes; Ensuring that all O&M sales data are inserted in the company’s database solution Ensuring the submission of technically and commercially competitive bids, to achieve targeted order booking with Net margin as per the agreed business plan for O&M.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be/have: - Engineering / Management degree MSC/ Bsc;
- Proven network of key industry contacts and expert knowledge of the major asset owners and investment funds within Italy (mandatory);
- Must have a strong understanding of the solar industry in Italy (mandatory);
- Experience in management, negotiation and closing service contracts with senior executives;
- At least, 5 years of experience of management in Services business, specifically related to Solar Industry and electrical systems;
- Customer interfacing experience;
- Knowledge of main manufacturers in PV industry;
- English proficiency.
