Manage technical personnel and material resources (vehicles, plant inventory, tools, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the KPIs contractually agreed upon with clients.
Analyze and resolve technical issues at photovoltaic plants.
Diagnose failures in coordination with the field technicians.
Handle warranty processes with suppliers.
Implement and monitor the company's internal procedures and policies.
Respond to emergencies at assigned plants.
Oversee compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations on-site.
Manage the economic performance of the contract according to the allocated budget.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client for contractual and operational matters.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Training in HSE regulations and practices.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Solid knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics.
Experience in technical design and solar photovoltaic projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
Availability to travel.
