YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the O&M Site Manager, based onsite, the O&M Administrative Assistant is in charge of: 

  • Management of the entire purchase process (budgets, comparative maps, purchase orders);
  • Invoicing management to customers;
  • Management of payments to suppliers;
  • Control the entry and exit registers;
  • Support the Human Capital Department (vacations, preventions, etc.);
  • Management tools and calibrations;
  • Be able to do physical site work (must be able to obtain medical fitness certificate in terms of Annexure 3 of OHS Act) if site-based, as per site requirements.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Electrotechnical Engineering degree (preferred);
  • 1 year of experience in similar functions (preferred);
  • Knowledge of IFS;
  • Administrative Practices;
  • Orientation to HSE themes;
  • Microsoft Office.
