YOUR MISSIONS

• Lead the Project Team members in the successful completion of their assigned tasks to the required quality within schedule, allocated budgets and scope;
• Coordinate the engineering, procurement and contract management activities with the dedicated support functions;
• Organize and minute the monthly meetings with each main subcontractor;
• Apply Project Management Processes and tools including Project Scheduling and reporting;
• Cost control and financial management;
• Organize Quality and HSE on site with the site management team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction projects with medium to large size projects, ideally in Senegal;
• Minimum 2 years project management experience with medium and large size projects (preferably in the energy sector), ideally in Senegal;
• Overhead line project management experience would be a plus;
• Having experience in Contract, Risk and Procurement  management;
• Consolidated knowledge in planning software (MS Project, Primavera, etc);
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory - Wolof and/or Portuguese advanced would be a plus;
• Experience in Cost Control management;
• Experience in HSE & Quality Management.
