YOUR MISSIONS

Voltalia’ s subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is seeking an EPC Portfolio Manager to join our EPC Business Line.

Under the authority of the Regional EPC Manager, the EPC Portfolio Manager is responsible to lead a team of Project Managers for the pre execution and execution of energy production plant construction around Ireland, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and Voltalia's HSE Quality standards.

  • Management, coordination, and direction of several projects at the same stage of construction;
  • Organization of a multidisciplinary teams;
  • Capacity to coordinate different departments, supply chain, engineering, contract management and construction;
  • High technical vision on the market, capacity to understand critical situations for suppliers;
  • High negotiation skills; capable to manage the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc;
  • High skills in coordination with clients, internal IPP departments, etc;
  • Coordination with technical advisors;
  • Capable to represent the company in trade fairs, meetings with local authorities, utilities, etc;
  • Public or private tenders and/or projects’ participation support and organization.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree;
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar, within an international environment as a manager member of a operations team;
  • English Proficiency (French is a plus).

  • Strong ability to demonstrate technical and management skills in construction and problem solving;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization;
  • Trustworthy, with ownership over work entrusted;
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, judgement and problem solving;
  • Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities;
  • Ability and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workload.
