YOUR MISSIONS
As a Deputy Project Manager, you will support the EPC Project Manager in coordinating and delivering renewable energy construction projects, helping ensure they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, acting as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Planning: Support in preparing schedules, timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
Communication & Coordination: Facilitate project meetings, prepare minutes, ensure information flow among teams, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
Resource Management: Assist with allocation and tracking of labor, equipment, and materials; propose solutions to resolve bottlenecks.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (contracts, change orders, invoices) and help generate project reports and updates.
Quality Control: Support quality assurance by assisting in inspections and monitoring adherence to safety, regulatory, and technical standards.
Risk Management: Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and the implementation of safety protocols.
Change Management: Track changes in scope, schedule, or budget and support communication with relevant stakeholders.
Team Support: Coordinate logistics, documentation, and administration to support project teams and ensure smooth execution.
Continuous Improvement: Take part in lessons
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or EPC project management support roles.
- Electrical engineering background is required for roles in Portugal and Brazil.
- Familiarity with construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Proficiency with office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
