YOUR MISSIONS

Our Operations & Services business line is looking for a Digital PMO Analyst to join the PMO Solutions team — a business expert function — and collaborate closely with all Business Lines and support functions within Voltalia’s Operations & Services (O&S) area. This includes the EPC and O&M business lines, as well as other support areas such as the Engineering team, Contract Management, and Procurement.

  • Integrate PMO solutions to optimize operations daily work.
  • Take a hands-on approach to the agile design, development, and analysis of PMO digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, actively engaging in the practical implementation and troubleshooting of solutions.
  • Maintain, promote and improve awareness of PMO solutions, best practices, processes and SharePoint sites and databases.
  • Support management of the implementation and operation of PMO digital solutions while working closely with IT team when implementing transversal solutions within O&S area framework.
  • Support the analysis, development and improvement of O&S area procedures, processes, and tools.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Maximum 2 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge in Office 365 productivity apps.
  • Knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (nice to have).
