YOUR MISSIONS

As a Data Acquisition Engineer at Renvolt, within our O&M Department, your main missions will be:

• Systems integrations;
• The analysis of different monitoring systems from different renewable power plants and integration of them at the RenVolt central monitoring system;
• Troubleshooting of monitoring systems issues;
• Technical support;
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the Renvolt central monitoring system;
• Technology surveillance.

This position can be based either in Porto or Oliveira de Frades.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Master Degree or Degree in Computer Science or  Automation/ Telecommunications Engineering;
• Around 1-3 years of experience in Design, Installation and Maintenance of Monitoring Systems or/and Industrial Data Acquisition Networks;
• Knowledge in the following areas will be appreciated:
  
  • ETL
  • Programming: SQL, Python
  • IOT, SCADAs, Data Loggers, Communication Network
  • REST API
  • MS Excel Advanced
  • Windows, Linux
  • Renewable plants: Solar, Storage;
• English Fluency;
• Availability to travel abroad.
