Our Shared Service Center is looking for an Accountant who will have the following responsibilities: - Procurement to Payment (P2P)
- Analysis and booking of invoices to be completed for payment.
- Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and payment requests are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, BTE (Business Travel Expenses), VAT Invoice Allocation and New Business Payment Structure.
- General Ledger (GL)
- Enter accounting books throughout the P2P process.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have/ be: - Degree level: Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related.
- Professional experience in accounting.
- International experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Mandatory fluency in English.
- Mandatory good level in French.
