We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution.Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.

 

Our Finance and Administrative team are looking for an Office Coordinator for Voltalia Romania’s office in Bucharest, which will have the following responsibilities:

  • Financial Support
    • Perform general duties including, but not limited to data entry, online payment, managing the petty cash, assist on bank reconciliation;
    • Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable;
    • Liaise with Finance department in the Headquarters office in Paris for all financial reporting and bank related matters;
    • Liaise with service providers for accounting, tax&payroll and external auditors;
    • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees, in collaboration with International HR;
    • Provide administrative support in documentation of accounting processes and all other accounting documentation;
    • Assist with the budget planning for the office and / or department, as needed;
    • Adhere to Voltalia’s financial policies and procedures;
    • Perform ad-hoc work or support as required by Manager(s).

  • Office & Administrative Support
    • General reception duties including but not limited to incoming mail / phones, greeting visitors / courier services, office-related shipping support;
    • Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory and any equipment, as may be required;
    • Ensure office maintenance and implement / maintain administrative procedures and systems;
    • Serve as the office representative in any facilities administration matters;
    • Assist in human resources duties, in coordination with relevant HR team members in terms of labour law, and help maintain local HR database;
    • Lead administrative aspects of on-boarding new employees, in conjunction with relevant HR and IT support services;
    • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
    • Assist the local team in the elaboration and translation of communications and letters with/from local counter-parties.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar role;
  • Prior experience of working in a multinational company and/or a public institution is a plus;
  • Experience with customer service and interacting with professional external stakeholders;
  • Knowledge and experience in administrative, financial accounting and full range of office support work, with a high level of sustained performance;
  • Fluency in English and Romanian is mandatory, French is a valuable plus.
