SUAS MISSÕES

Our Accounting department is looking for a Intern to support the team in activities in the area, such as:

Accounting Specialist

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR ROUTINE

• Prepare, maintain, execute and review the reporting accounting closing for all entities;
• Support on the local accounting closing management for LATAM entities;
• Leadership on accounting routines processed by dedicated team leaders from other countries;
• Support the accounting TEAM in the financial statements preparation and review;
• Design and maintain internal control over financial reporting processes and perform control activities in the respective area of responsibility;
• Analyze Business Line environment to conduct accounting closing and perform ad-hoc analysis that  will optimize the efficiency of recurring tasks;
• Develop and maintain a documented system of procedures to ensure efficient operation of systems, processes and controls and accuracy of financial reporting;
• Ability to deliver results within scheduled time with high quality;
• In charge of the interface with auditors;
• Ability to develop dedicated automation projects such as accounting routines

QUALIFICAÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIAS

THE ENERGY WE NEED

• Graduated in Accounting + CRC;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical accounting of financial reporting (with deep knowledge of IFRS GAAP) obtained in a major multinational group or a consultancy firm;
• Advanced Excel and Office skills;
• Advanced English level;
• Reporting System HFM;
• Prior knowledge of energy sector would be a plus;
• Experience implemented stronger internal controls to manage reporting process is considered a plus;
• Prior experience working with big volume of entities is a differential
