De l’approvisionnement, en passant par la consommation des pièces, jusqu’à la facturation client, votre rôle sera de mettre en place une gestion logistique efficace. 
Standardisation documentaire :

YOUR MISSION:
Under the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. We are looking for an experienced O&amp;M Sales Manager to join our Operation &amp; Maintenance Business Line in Spain. This role will play a key part in driving commercial growth and securing new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

YOUR MISSION:
Support the Head of Sales Key Account Management in the definition of the Sales Action Plan, creating and updating a Database, screening strategic decision of key investors, forecasting prices volumes of new sales for the specific market in which he acts, define target customer profile for which he shall commit for identification and capture of new customers and as well for the sales each year.
Detect new customers (institutional investors) and new opportunities and to support the negotiation of new O&amp;M contracts, under the instructions of Sales Key Account Manager. He is expected to proactively contribute and implement practices for risk management and mitigation as well as to incorporate the recommendations of the corporate departments of the group.
Develop the activity of screening, recognition and capture of customers for the O&amp;M business, either owners or managers of energy generation assets.
Elaborate and perform business presentations to customers and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relations and new sales for the O&amp;M Business.
Conduct, prepare and elaborate budgets and economical &amp; technical proposal for O&amp;M business opportunities for renewables assets, compliant with the internal recommended practices and instructions.
Support and assist the Head of O&amp;M Sales and Head of O&amp;M Operations in the development of new solutions specific for the O&amp;M business.
Actively contribute for the Development of tools and solutions related to the commercial activity of O&amp;M, management and implementation.
Participate in initiatives for brand promotion.
Ensure the support to the O&amp;M Managers in order to mantain the relation with the customers of the current portfolio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

To run Planning &amp; Forecasting activities
Standardize, harmonize and improve financial-controlling processes, procedures and systems, with focus on digitalization and automation.

To run Controlling &amp; Analysis activities

Monitor headcount evolution and its efficiency (time allocation), calculating and following-up PRU (labour-rates), ensuring appropriate analytical accounting system.
Indirect Costs Allocation methodology, ensuring the proper treatment of company overheads (common cost) and BL overheads.
Monitor and control consolidated Working Capital (AR, AP, WIP, contract assets/liabilities, advances). Produce monthly WC dashboards with DSO/DPO tracking, variance analysis and collection follow-up by BL and country.
BL Central Services billing processes.
Coordinate cash collection initiatives with EPC and O&amp;M Controllers at contract level, consolidate results and report to CFO and Treasury. Forecast short-term and medium-term cash needs.
Monitor intercompany cash flows and ensure timely settlement of IC balances. Coordinate with Treasury on funding requirements and credit line utilization.
Produce consolidated cash flow forecasts (direct and indirect methods) and coordinate with Treasury on short-term and medium term funding needs.
Global review and validation of P&amp;L and Balance Sheet.
To run Reporting &amp; Business Partnering activities:
Standardize, harmonize and improve/develop business reporting processes, standards and tools.
Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly consolidated reports: group P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, KPI dashboards for CFO, CEO and shareholders.
Deliver internal reporting for Group Controlling and Consolidation team.
Support Accounting regarding auditors and tax inquiries.
